Maya Djafarova, BA, MA - Piano, Professor - Principal, Art Director of Academy

Maya Djafarova, founder of Alania Music and Director of World Academy of Music. She is an experienced classical piano teacher and performer from Moscow, Russia (Master's Degree, Professor, Class Piano) member of Ontario Registered Music Teacher Association. Maya has over 35 years of experience teaching Russian classic piano style with attention to composition, sound and hand techniques; specializing in 7- ARCT grades and university level. The majority of Maya's students, upon graduation, continued with their careers in music and many went on to major in music at the University level. Maya's students have always had the best performances at piano competitions and received the highest ratings at piano exams. The classes always had a special atmosphere of warmth and friendliness.

Olga Gasparyan - B.M., M.M., Professor
Piano Performance and Music Theory Teacher

Olga Gasparyan is an experienced classical piano teacher and performer from
Russia (Bachelor and Master Degrees, Professor, Class Piano, Gnessin Russian Academy of Music).
Olga has thirty years of experience working in music schools. She has taught classes in piano performance, piano duet and ensembles. She prepares students for participation in piano concerts, competitions and festivals, and has performed as an accompanist to a diversity of instrumentalists, singers and choirs. She easily connects with every student in order to interest and involve them to the full extent in music creation. Olga show great patience working with students. Her warm personality, personal approach have produced great results.

Oxana Samokhina - M.M., B.M., Professor
Piano Performance and Music Theory

Oxana Samokhina is an experienced classical piano teacher and performer from
Russia (Master's Degree with First Honours, Professor, Class Piano).
Oxana has twelve years of experience working in music schools, colleges and conservatories with children, adolescents and adults. She has taught classes in piano performance, piano duet and concertmaster. She prepares students for participation in piano concerts, competitions and festivals, and has performed as an accompanist to a diversity of instrumentalists, singers and choirs. She easily connects with every student in order to interest and involve them to the full
extent in music creation. Oxana show great patience working with young childrens. Her warm personality, personal approach have produced outstanding results.
Oxana creates a positive atmosphere for learning, progress and fun for her students. She takes special care to each student's individual needs and goals.

Elizabeth Klimenko - B.M. Teacher, Concertmaster and Performer.
Specializing in piano performance for all ages.

Elisabeth Klimenko is experienced early childhood music education, and private piano lessons. Her classes are fun-filled and full of activity to keep the interest of young students. There are numbers of piano competitions winners and many students who passed RCM exams with very high marks.

Dr. Rufat Amiraliev - D.M.A., M.M., B.M., Professor
Violin, Viola Performer and Instructor

Dr. Amiraliev an established performer, conductor and teacher. He began studying violin at the age of five. He studied violin at the State University in Azerbaijan where he complited his Masters Degree and PhD studies. Rufat continued his studies at the International Chamber Music in Germany and Rigents College studying with teachers Walter Rademacher, Tomas Grossenbacher, Norbert Brainin and Martin Lovett.
Dr Amiraliev is the 1st Violin and Viola at Canadian Chamber Academy, 1st Violin at Ontario Philharmonic, 1-st Violin,Concertmaster South Simcoe Opera House Orchestra and Sinfonia Toronto Chamber Orchestra.
Rufat is a gifted and dedicated teacher who has years of experience preparing students for exams and competitions.

Inoyat Kalinichenko – MM, Professor
Flute, Piano and Music Theory Teacher


Inoyat Kalinichenko graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory. 
Her teachers were the famous Russian professor Yuri Dolzhikov (flute) and Nina Musinyan (piano). For Twenty six years she was teaching at the Moscow Central Special Music School, teaching piano and wind instruments. 
Large private experience teaching children, both for the overall development and for admission to colleges and music in higher music education. Inoyat teaches RCM levels of flute, piano and music theory.
Inoyat is a gifted and dedicated teacher who has years of experience preparing students for exams and competitions

Oleksandra Fedyshyn – MM
RCM levels of Violin and Piano Teacher


Oleksandra Fedyshyn is a violinist and composer, who holds a Master’s degree in Music from The Lviv National Music Academy, M. Lysenko (Lviv Conservatory, Ukraine). 
Oleksandra has performed as a member of symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles with concert tours in Europe (including performances INSO Lviv Orchestra with Sir James Galway and Leopolis Orchestra with Al Di Meola). 
Her scores could be seen at the library of The Gaudeamus Foundation (the Netherlands).In addition to classical music, Oleksandra is a songwriter with CD recordings (“The Boat” album). 
Oleksandra is a gifted and dedicated teacher who has years of experience preparing students for exams and competitions.
As a composer, she was awarded as the laureate of The First International Pianists and Composers Competition “Farbotony”. Her compositions were performed at Lviv Internaional Contemporary Music Festival “Contrasts”, The eights International Youth Music Forum (Kyiv, Ukraine), Youth Music Festival “Music of Millennium”, participation in master classes for composers (the 21st IMCM Summer Course for Young Composers, Warsaw, Poland), etc.

Dr. Aslan Gotov- BM., MA., PhD.
Teacher, Renowned Composer and Arranger


Dr. Aslan Gotov is a highly experienced music teacher, renowned composer and arranger. After graduating from music school he attended the pop-jazz Department College of Arts in Rostov-on-Don, and then the Rostov State Conservatory. In 1993, he received the recommendation for admission to graduate school, and joined the department of pop-jazz music in the Rostov State Conservatory, majoring in jazz composition and orchestration in the class of People's Artist of the USSR under professor, composer and conductor Murad Kazhlaev. In 2002, Aslan moved to Moscow where he became a deputy director and arranger for Yu. Silantiev Academic Grand Concert Orchestra. The whole period of its activity as a composer and arranger he successfully combined with teaching classical and pop-jazz piano.
